Security Snapshot Report – How to Use This Screen

This section explains how to open and understand the Security Snapshot and its detailed report.

Note: Depending on how your organization is configured, you may see one of two versions of the Security Snapshot, or both at the same time via a tabbed interface. This guide covers all three scenarios so you can follow along regardless of your setup.

1. Opening Reports / Security Snapshot

You can reach the Security Snapshot in two main ways:

From the Dashboard:

1. On the Dashboard, find the Security Snapshot card.
2. Use the card to review the high‑level score and major domains.
3. Click View Full Report to open the detailed report view.

From the left navigation menu:

1. Go to the Analysis / Holtium Snapshot option.
2. Select it to open the report area directly.

2. Understanding Your Snapshot Version

Holtium offers two versions of the Security Snapshot report. Your Holtium representative configures which version you see based on your organization’s security program maturity and data setup.
