Now, let’s look at the search bar, which is available on every main screen.

Use search to quickly find:

• A specific document or policy
• A training course or topic
• A particular action item

This helps you get where you need to go in a few keystrokes, without remembering exactly which module or section something lives in.

Roadmap – How to Use This Screen

This section explains how to read and work with the Roadmap screen, using the action items that support your security program.

1. Opening the Roadmap

1. From the left navigation menu, go to the Plan section.
2. Select Roadmap (1).
3. The main panel updates to show the list of action items for your organization.
4. You can also click the View Action Plan button inside the Action Items card at the bottom of the Dashboard, as shown in the image below (2).

2. Understanding the Layout

On the Roadmap screen, you will see the Hybrid Action Board, a kanban-style layout organized by the status of each action item, as shown in Image 2. All clients now use this unified layout, which combines action item tracking with forecast and timeline views.

• A header bar at the top with the name of the view (Roadmap) and controls such as search, filters, and sort.
