Organization

This guide explains how to use the Organization page to manage your company's profile information and connect Holtium to outside tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and AlertMedia.

⚠️ New manual (drafted from code, not yet screenshot-verified): This page was created from the v2.0.0–v2.1.0 releases that introduced the Organization page and its Integrations panel. It has not yet been checked against the live UI. Please review it against the actual screens before publishing, and add real screenshots in place of the placeholders below.

1. What is Organization?

The Organization page is where your company's core profile lives — details, departments, domains, financials, regions, and brand kit — along with the Integrations panel for connecting Holtium to external tools your team already uses.

2. Who Can Use This Page?

Client Administrators:

• Can view and edit the organization's profile sections.
• Can start and manage connections to external integrations.

Client Users:

• Can view organization information.
• Cannot edit organization details or manage integrations.

3. Accessing Organization

1. In the left navigation menu, look for Organization.
2. Click to open it.

4. Organization Sections

The Organization page is organized into sections you can move between:

• Details — Core company information.
• Departments — The teams or departments within your organization.
