My Documents – How to Use This Screen
This section explains how to see and acknowledge the documents that are specifically assigned to you.
1. Opening My Documents
- From the left navigation menu, go to the Resources section.
- Select My Documents.
- The main panel updates to show the documents linked to your user.

2. Understanding the Layout
On the My Documents screen, you will see a list of documents that have been assigned to you.
For each document, you may see:
- The name of the document.
- The status (for example, whether it is new to you or already acknowledged).
- The type of document.
- Whether it is mandatory.
- The timestamp of when it was assigned to you.
- The due date (when applicable).
- A call-to-action button if the document needs to be acknowledged.
