This guide explains how to use the Issue Reporter to report bugs, request features, or ask questions directly to the Holtium team from anywhere in the platform.
The Issue Reporter is available on every page of the Holtium platform — both the Client Portal and the Staff Portal. It provides a fast, structured way to communicate issues to the Holtium support team without leaving the page you are working on.
When you submit a report, Holtium automatically:
Look for the floating action button (FAB) in the lower‑right corner of any Holtium page. It appears as a small circular icon.
