Docs Center – User Guide
This guide explains how to find, open, edit, and manage documents in the Docs Center, where your organization’s security policies and procedures are stored.
Quick start for first‑time users
- [ ] Open Resources → Docs Center from the left navigation.
- [ ] Use search or filters to find the policy or procedure you need.
- [ ] Click Open to read the full document.
- [ ] If you are an editor, click New Document to create a draft or start from a sample.
- [ ] Use Save Changes to store your edits and create versions.
- [ ] Assign important documents to teammates and review their View status.
1. Getting to the Docs Center
You can open the Docs Center in two ways:
- From the left navigation menu, go to Resources and select Docs Center.
- From the main dashboard, scroll to the Documents card at the bottom and click View all documents.
The main panel updates to show a list or grid of available documents.
